O'Neal Robinson was an operationally focused financial executive whose vision and partnership were foundational to the creation of Robinson Group Consulting. With over 30 years of experience guiding or ganizations to identify and increase business value, he served as Interim CFO for small businesses and higher educational institutions — bringing rigor, integrity, and deep financial acumen to every engagement. As RGC's Co-Founder, his leadership helped shape the firm's culture, values, and strategic direction from its earliest days. O'Neal's legacy continues to guide and inspire the entire RGC family.

Alana W. Robinson

Alana is a creative business executive with over 30 years of experience driving increased value through technology leadership, innovation, business process, and reengineering initiatives. She serves as Interim CIO of companies in transition and leads the development of IT Assessments and Strategic Plans.

Austen Robinson

Austen is a motivated and globally minded leader combining academic excellence, entrepreneurship, and visionary thinking. He is the originating mind behind Cadence.AI — envisioning how AI could fundamentally innovate RGC's business model and bring its 20+ years of Interim CIO methodology to scale. Experienced in global sports initiatives, youth mentorship, and business development, Austen launched a profitable sneaker resale business and led basketball programs promoting mental health and teamwork. He is passionate about leveraging creativity, sports, and business to inspire others and create lasting impact.

James Robinson

James is a skilled administrator with 10 years of effective organizational management, supporting client projects with data gathering, research and accounting analysis, as well as serves as a business analyst for client initiatives.

Diane Chastain

Diane is a Change Management strategist and thought leader with 35 years of experience driving transformation at the intersection of people, technology, and organizational performance. She partners with nonprofits and large corporations to translate complex data and technology initiatives into clear, actionable strategies — delivering cost-effective, customized solutions that resonate at every level of an organization. With a proven track record spanning nine large-scale transformation initiatives, including system integrations, platform development, and two greenfield startups, Diane is a uniquely versatile partner for organizations navigating today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Jennifer Gallagher

Jennifer is an experienced executive with over 30 years of delivering and managing information technology services and organizational change in the non-for-profit, insurance, higher education, consumer products segments. She serves as a Program Management Office expert and Interim IT Leader.

Reginald Jones

Reginald is a mission-driven technology executive with 20+ years of experience leading enterprise IT operations, infrastructure modernization, and cybersecurity risk reduction across healthcare, nonprofit, and financial services environments. At RGC, he serves as a senior advisor helping executive leaders assess operational risk, strengthen infrastructure resiliency, and realign costs to protect continuity of care. With prior leadership roles at IBM, Credit Suisse, and Cisco, he is recognized for translating complex technical topics into clear, business-relevant decisions for Boards, CEOs, CFOs, and clinical leaders — grounded in governance, accountability, and stewardship.
