In preparation for the Health Care Reform mandates of 2014, this $16B insurance payer decided to migrate the company’s core business processes and technology platforms to a strategic business process/technology partner. 

A crucial element of this significant decision is a recognition by Executive Leadership that it is critical to have the Senior Management team’s buy-in and active support throughout the journey of this program delivery and client migration to ensure the desired successful outcomes.

RGC Results. 

With RGC's assistance the Transformation Program was able to deliver over 1800 business capabilities. RGC helped the client complete a successful implementation and initiate the migration of 3 million members to a new platform. In addition, RGC migrated over 800+ Providers to a new business process and technology platform

As Interim CIO, RGC re-aligned the ISD organization to support the “Go-Live”, the development and testing team, as well as the client's Infrastructure/security team.

RGC helped influence the re-design of the Vendor Management Model for Temporary Labor and other commodity services resulting in millions of savings.
