Our client's leadership
recognized the need to increase the level of visibility into its manufacturing processes through the implementation
of enterprise processes and systems. Previous attempts at large-scale implementations had failed and management
determined that building a program with full-time executives and delivery teams would be the key differentiator for
success. RGC leadership served as both the Program Executive leading the overall organization change and as
Technology Executive, executing on the implementation of centralized and standard processes and
systems.

recommend structure and align resources. RGC was also asked to recommend strategic investments in technology to
address the issues created by their tremendous growth.

Supply Chain Management Company
Business Situation
Our client, a
consolidation of two former Supply Chain Management leaders, was challenged to convince its board of directors to
invest in a multi-million dollar SAP implementation. RGC leadership was engaged to provide guidance for business
case development and technology selection analysis. Upon board approval, the RGC engagement was extended to lead
the delivery of global standard business processes based on the SCOR supply chain model and a streamlined technology
architecture (hardware and software).
Our Role
- Teamed with Executive
Management to validate SAP ECC 5.0 as ERP technology platform of choice and build a business case to justify the
investment.
- Established Global Project PMO using Solution Manager tool and templates
- Acted
as the Technology Executive for the delivery of the implementation, including program management office, process
re-design, configuration, interface development, testing and roll-out.

for off-shore RICEF development and the e-portal.

Studies University
Business Situation
A new President was recently
installed at this leading University. Her desire to enhance the effectiveness of managing the University’s
financial resources led her to pursue the talent of current RGC leadership. The RGC leadership resource was
engaged to assess all of the operational areas reporting to the CFO, recommend structure and align resources. RGC
was also asked to recommend strategic investments in key areas to address the issues created by their aspirations of
growth.
Our Role
- Served in the role of Interim CFO over a period of 9
months.
- Partnered with the University leadership to rationalize and consolidate operations across all
functional areas.
- Directly led the activities in HR, Comptroller, Budget and Planning, Facilities
Management, Auxiliary Services, Payroll, Accounting, Procurement and Information
Technology.
Results
- Turnaround of $62M
university budget from a $10M deficit to $3.4M surplus in six months.
- Established new business processes
and fiscal management policies to streamline procurement, budgeting, payables and contract
